ATHLETE TRAVEL

This is a Stay & Play event. All teams must adhere to the tournament housing policy. Hotel reservations cannot be made until your team has received official acceptance into the event. Any team traveling from more than 80 miles away from Broomfield County Commons Park 13200 Sheridan Blvd is required to book all accommodations through Athlete Travel’s booking system and must book a minimum of 8 room nights.

Use of Airbnb, independent booking services, or outside hotel platforms is strictly prohibited. Teams that do not comply with this policy will be subject to disqualification. Please note, there is no opt-out option, so be sure you understand and agree to this policy prior to submitting your application.
